2025 ‘joy’ Rose

This elegant vintage opens with subtle aromas of rose petal, cherry skin and pale strawberry, accented by hints of citrus peel and white flower potpourri.

The palate is precise with a bright, stony mineral backbone guiding delicate flavors of red cherry, light strawberry, faint watermelon, and a tingle of savory complexity—all framed by a saline minerality that brings energy and definition to a clean and absolutely refreshing finish.

Farmed and harvested as an intentional Rosé. Cold stainless steel fermented; aged five months in twice-used Pinot Noir barrels. 300 cases produced.
