100% Chardonnay, farmed biodynamically and organically from 40-60 year old vines. Native yeast fermentation in stainless steel tank and barrel. Harvested from three plots in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, France, each with distinct soil character. 2021 base, disgorged in 2025 after four years of aging. Just 100 cases produced.
