Made from 100% Chardonnay, farmed biodynamically and organically from 40–60-year-old vines. Bright flavors of tart D’Anjou pear, green apple skin, lemon verbena, yuzu, and honeysuckle dance across the palate. Elegant and graceful, the texture flows effortlessly, balancing vivid fruit and crisp acidity.
Native yeast fermentation takes place in both barrel and stainless steel, capturing the unique character of three Le Mesnil-sur-Oger plots—each contributing its silky chalk, grassy notes, and rich soils. The 2020 base was disgorged in July 2024 after four years of careful aging. Limited to just 100 cases.
