Our only bottling using Pinot Noir, The Joy is whole-cluster pressed, cold-settled, and fermented entirely in stainless steel before resting six months in neutral oak. The result is a wine as balanced and refreshing as it is graceful—a true reflection of its name.
Limited to 300 cases. Best enjoyed chilled, and often.
